The Gordon Jewish Community Center is offering a 5-week, 15-session workout program for men who want to get in shape in time for Fathers Day.
Led by instructors Danny Hirtler and Kris Lezetc, the Fit for Fathers Day program will feature high intensity cardio and strength training with TRX, RIP trainer, bodyweight exercises and free weights along with a weekly recover class with foam rolling, stretching and Pilates.
The sessions will be held from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and 6:15-7 a.m. on Fridays from May 16-June 16.
