Some 30 young adults from around the Nashville area gathered for a pre-Hanukkah dinner and musical Shabbat services in Germantown, organized by Jewsic City Shabbat. The group brings people together every six weeks or so to get to know each other, play musical instruments, sing and welcome in Shabbat. A Breather for Moms

NCJW, Nashville Section and the Gordon JCC are collaborating on an evening program with Ali Katz titled Finding Balance and Joy While Caring for Others. The goal is to help moms find mindfulness and calm in their everyday lives.
